1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the bj88ph platform and accepted these Terms.

• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or non-cash incentives awarded by bj88ph to a Member subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total amount a Member must wager before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures requiring Members to submit valid identity documents for account verification and withdrawal processing.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Any Member found to be under 21 years of age will have their account permanently closed and all funds held pending legal review.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

Members are responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. bj88ph does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

2.3 Registration Process

To create a bj88ph Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You must not register using false identity, fictitious names, or details belonging to another person.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) bj88ph Account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single person — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC)

bj88ph reserves the right to require identity verification at any stage of the Member relationship, including during registration, before processing withdrawals, or following unusual account activity. Members may be requested to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and documentation verifying their payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending further review.

3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Credential Security

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your bj88ph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. bj88ph strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure. All activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility, and bj88ph shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access attributable to your failure to secure your credentials.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to maintain the accuracy of all information associated with your bj88ph Account. Any change in your personal details, including your registered mobile number, email address, or payment method, must be promptly updated through your account settings or communicated to bj88ph support at [email protected]. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays to payment processing or temporary account restrictions.

3.3 Self-Exclusion Acknowledgment

By maintaining an active bj88ph Account, you acknowledge that you are not currently subject to a voluntary or compulsory self-exclusion order issued by PAGCOR or any other gaming regulatory authority. Members who have enrolled in self-exclusion programs must not attempt to circumvent such restrictions by creating new accounts.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

bj88ph accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Security Bank, 7-Eleven, SM Payment Centers, Cebuana Lhuillier, and M Lhuillier. All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. bj88ph does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, however Members acknowledge that their payment provider may apply independent transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: (a) the Member's account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied prior to withdrawal of Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom; (c) the withdrawal method must match the Member's verified payment instrument; and (d) the minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. bj88ph processes standard withdrawals within one (1) to three (3) business days. Verified members in good standing may qualify for same-day processing at bj88ph's discretion.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

bj88ph complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). Deposits must originate from a payment source registered in the Member's own name. bj88ph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on accounts exhibiting transaction patterns inconsistent with normal gaming activity, and to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the bj88ph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency conversion is required for Filipino players using local payment methods. Exchange rates, where applicable, are set at the discretion of the Member's payment provider and are beyond bj88ph's control.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bj88ph are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms that will be communicated at the time of the promotion. In the absence of specific terms, a standard wagering requirement of thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount applies before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. bj88ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

bj88ph employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple welcome offers through separate accounts, systematically wagering on low-risk outcomes to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors in the platform's promotional logic. Any Member found engaging in bonus abuse may have their bonus and associated winnings voided, and their account suspended or permanently closed.

5.3 Wagering Contribution

Not all game categories contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and scratch cards may contribute at reduced rates (commonly 10%–20%) compared to slot games (typically 100%). Specific contribution rates will be detailed in the terms of each individual promotion. Members are advised to review promotion-specific terms carefully before accepting bonuses.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Certified Fair Games

All games available on the bj88ph platform are provided by licensed third-party software providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and payout percentages are independently audited and certified. bj88ph does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so. Return-to-Player (RTP) rates for slot games are publicly available and determined by the game provider.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or system failure during gameplay, bj88ph reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager amount to the Member's Wallet. Wins generated as a direct result of a demonstrable technical malfunction are not honored and will not be paid. bj88ph will investigate reported malfunction claims in good faith and communicate the outcome to the affected Member within five (5) business days.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

bj88ph is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connection failures on the Member's end. Members are advised to maintain a stable connection before engaging in real-money gaming. Where a disconnection occurs mid-round, the game result will be determined by the game server's final recorded state, and that outcome shall be final and binding.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bj88ph platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one (1) account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in an unauthorized manner;
• Engaging in collusion with other Members or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Attempting to launder funds through deposits and withdrawals without engaging in genuine gaming activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or unintended platform behaviors for financial gain;
• Accessing or attempting to access the accounts of other Members;
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the platform's normal operation;
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, account restriction, or regulatory measure imposed by bj88ph or PAGCOR.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bj88ph platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of bj88ph or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This license does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any platform content in any form without the prior written consent of bj88ph.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

bj88ph collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering a bj88ph Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the personalization of your gaming experience.

10 Responsible Gaming

10.1 Age Verification

bj88ph strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Members must not allow minors to access the platform or their bj88ph Account under any circumstances.

10.2 Player Protection Tools

10.3 Self-Exclusion

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bj88ph, its officers, directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses from gaming outcomes, technical malfunctions beyond bj88ph's reasonable control, unauthorized account access attributable to Member negligence, or the actions of third-party game providers.

bj88ph's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member to their bj88ph Wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by bj88ph's gross negligence, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by bj88ph

bj88ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member's Account at any time and without prior notice in the event of: (a) a material breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity; (c) provision of false or misleading registration information; (d) failure to comply with KYC requirements within the stipulated timeframe; or (e) regulatory direction from PAGCOR or other competent Philippine authority.

Upon termination for cause, bj88ph may withhold account balances pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, genuine funds (excluding Bonus Funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the Member via their verified payment method within thirty (30) business days.

12.2 Voluntary Closure

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bj88ph support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be noted, as uncompleted bonus terms at the time of closure will result in forfeiture of the relevant Bonus Funds. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the Member's verified payment method following closure.

13 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and bj88ph, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance at [email protected]. bj88ph commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within forty-eight (48) hours and providing a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute is not resolved satisfactorily through bj88ph's internal process, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's Player Assistance Unit for independent review, subject to PAGCOR's jurisdiction and procedures. bj88ph undertakes to cooperate fully with any such review.

Game outcome disputes are subject to the game server logs maintained by the relevant third-party game provider, whose records shall constitute final and binding evidence of the outcome of any disputed game round.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to PAGCOR's regulatory authority over gaming-specific matters.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and a translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
